Description of position :
Our company is currently seeking an internal sales and service representative to serve as a service and sales liaison with our clients. Given the importance of our prestigious clients, Symetrix is looking for a candidate with a passion for customer service and sales and who can enhance and optimize our client relations.
- Proactively call customers in order to offer them service contracts and other products and services from the company. Also respond to inbound calls from customers interested in purchasing products and services. Our product offer is geared towards IT (computer room and data center) and engineering (electrical and mechanical). The products dealt with in this position are mainly UPS - Uninterruptible Power supply and other related products (parts, batteries, distribution and bypass panels, power bars, calibration services, etc.).
- Promote the advantages of opting for our products and services. Establish strong customer relationship based on trust and excellence in service. The candidate must be comfortable establishing client contacts (cold calling).
- Identify additional sales opportunities with clients and liaise with other groups in the company to act on these opportunities.
- Respond to pricing requests. Submit quotes based on clients’ needs and follow up thoroughly with them.
- Demonstrate proactive follow-through on pending quotes.
- Must retain clients and increase the value of the client base assigned to him or her.
- Deal regularly with multiple company service providers.
- Document and master the sales arguments related to selling service contracts and other related products. Apply creative sales and client relation approaches.
- Ensure adequate use of template letters to maintain effective communications with clients.
- As clients are located across Canada, candidates must be perfectly bilingual.
- High-quality verbal and written skills are essential. The successful candidate must be able to express himself/herself professionally.
In-position training will be offered to the candidate.
