Jocelyn Côté is a principal in Symetrix Realty Corp. In this capacity, he oversees all corporate activities relating to real estate transactions, including legal, financial and fiscal aspects. His responsibilities also include the analysis of strategic options such as acquisitions.

Mr. Côté is a corporate executive with 20 years of experience and a proven track record in managing complex transactions, agreements and issues. He has been involved in negotiating or managing merger and acquisition transactions, capital financing and restructuring transactions, and bank financing transactions. In addition to his responsibilities at Symetrix, Mr. Côté is Vice-president, Chief legal and corporate officer and member of the executive team for the Mecachrome Group, a designer and manufacturer of parts, systems and structural assemblies for the aerospace, automobile and motor sports industries. Previously, he was Vice-President Legal Affairs at TVA Group, Vice-President Legal Affairs and Assistant Secretary at Microcell Telecommunications, where he led counsel for the $1.4 billion take-over of Microcell by Rogers Wireless.
