Philippe Brunet, LL.B
Director – Strategic Development

Philippe Brunet is Director, Strategic Development at Symetrix. In this capacity, he is responsible for strategic initiatives and business development activities in the Quebec Region. His key responsibilities also include the analysis of strategic options such as acquisitions.

 

Mr. Brunet possesses substantial experience as a legal professional, having served as a commercial litigation lawyer with Robinson Sheppard Shapiro and a legal advisor in corporate financing with National Bank of Canada. As Vice-President of Operations for a company marketing a high-tech golf simulator on the North American market, he was called upon to negotiate and sign an exclusive North American distribution agreement for a British technology. More recently, as an entrepreneur, he oversaw the implementation of a network of Canadian, American and European suppliers and the development of a network of multiple points of sale across Canada for his own business. Mr. Brunet joined Symetrix in June 2007.

 

Mr. Brunet holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B) from Université de Montréal and is a member of the Québec Bar.
