Technical Team

With more than 20 years of experience in the data center industry, Jesse Singfield is Technical Services Director at Symetrix. Mr. Singfield began his career as a service technician for data center support equipment and infrastructure. In 1998, he founded Symetrix, a company that initially specialized in the sale and service of Uninterruptible Power Supply Systems.

Today, Mr. Singfield is a key resource for Symetrix and its clients, and a reference in the data center industry. He is a specialist in data center design and commissioning, precision air conditioning, heat removal systems, power distribution systems and switchgear. His other fields of specialization include data center expansion and optimization. Mr. Singfield’s approach enables data center managers to gain a better understanding of their environment and thus generate substantial operational economies.

Previously, Mr. Singfield held the position of Service Department Manager at Systèmes de Support Informatique, where he was in charge of project management as well as of design and construction of electrical and automation circuits. He has also designed custom switchgear equipment and managed the installation and commissioning of several data centers.

Mr. Singfield is an active member of AFCOM, the leading association for data center professionals, and participates in numerous international data center industry conferences.

As Project Director, Richard Fallon is a Mechanical Engineer who brings to Symetrix extensive knowledge and experience in total life cycle data center project management, including the design and construction phases.

Prior to joining Symetrix, Mr. Fallon worked at Consulgaz Inc. (a subsidiary of Gaz Métropolitain Plus). As Project Director, he led a team responsible for the design and management of the construction of energy efficiency improvement turnkey projects through the installation of high-efficiency electro-mechanical components.

Previously, Mr. Fallon also worked for a number of Engineering Consulting firms and was department head for the mechanical engineering division of Les Consultants SM. He also held numerous positions, including Director of Production and Plant Engineer, at various Quebec-based companies.

Mr. Fallon holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Université de Sherbrooke. He is a member of ASHRAE (American Society of Heating, Refrigerating, and Air-Conditioning Engineers). He is also a member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec and of Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO).

Marius Bordeiasu is an Electrical Engineer and Project Manager who brings to Symetrix several years of experience and extensive expertise in the management and execution of industrial engineering projects.

Prior to joining Symetrix, Mr. Bordeiasu was Technical Support Manager at Tonolli Canada, a large battery recycling company, where he managed improvement projects for the production facility and acted as resident electrical engineering expert. Mr. Bordeiasu was in charge of designing and implementing cost-effective equipment modifications to help improve safety, reliability and efficiency.

Previously, Mr. Bordeiasu worked at Burman & Fellows Group in the Technical Support Department, where he was responsible for the design and implementation of building control systems and energy management. Mr. Bordeiasu has also held various project coordination positions in the United Kingdom and the United States in the field of electrical distribution design and implementation.

Mr. Bordeiasu holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Electromechanical Engineering in Romania, as well as Construction and Maintenance Electrician and Industrial Electrician licenses. He is a member of Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO).
